Geoff, the President and Founder of 352 Inc., discovered his passion for business at a young age. From starting a successful computer store in high school to building websites in his college fraternity house room, he established 352 Inc., a thriving digital product development agency. Over 17 years, the agency has grown to over 85 employees with offices in Atlanta, Tampa, and Gainesville.

Recognizing the power of lean and agile methodologies, Geoff reorganized 352 Inc. into cross-functional teams and transformed managers into servant leaders. This shift resulted in improved work quality, productivity, and morale. Client relationships flourished, propelling the agency's unprecedented growth. Geoff shares his management philosophy, "Barely Manage to Lead," at conferences, showcasing its transformative impact on businesses.

Geoff and his wife, Kim Wilson, successfully built and sold SocialNewsDesk, an online social media management platform for newsrooms. This digital product was acquired in 2014 by a Fortune 500 company, Graham Holdings. Currently, Geoff is the Founder of Sports Card Investor, a leading content network and data platform for trading card enthusiasts.

Geoff's accomplishments have earned him recognition as one of America's Top 30 Young Entrepreneurs by INC Magazine and the Entrepreneur of the Year by the University of Florida Warrington College of Business.
