Olivia Blitchington

Olivia, a true Florida girl from a small town near Middleburg, began her career in the cosmetics industry after high school, delighting in helping clients enhance their confidence through makeup. Despite achieving great success in the industry, she felt compelled to pursue further education and transferred to the University of Florida for a bachelor’s degree in Advertising with a specialization in Business Management.

During college, Olivia encountered Swamp Rentals at a career fair and applied for an internship, falling in love with helping renters find their ideal apartments. After completing the program, she joined the company full-time and now serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at ApartmentsFor.

Olivia manages emerging markets in Athens and Tuscaloosa while overseeing stabilized markets in Gainesville, Tallahassee, Tampa, and Orlando. Her spirited and determined attitude drives the team's success in uncharted territory, forging new relationships with the student housing partners and universities we proudly serve. Olivia's self-driven nature, flexibility in her work, and the ability to set and achieve goals while aiding customers motivate her. She values the diverse team at ApartmentsFor, appreciating their exceptional camaraderie and teamwork.

Outside of work, Olivia cheers for her favorite college football team, enjoys dinners with friends, and collects tie-dye souvenir t-shirts from weekend trips. Surprisingly, she has a deep appreciation for the outdoors, engaging in activities like kayaking, camping, and recently obtaining her Scuba Certification. Olivia shares her home with her fluffy cat Orsino and her English bulldog Oscar, exploring parks and trails together on weekends while ensuring Oscar doesn't disrupt her weekday Zoom meetings with his toy squeaking.
